ABSENCE POLICY
The Legal Collective is a non-profit organism with limited resources. Those limited resources result in a limited number of available consultations that can be offered.
To limit the number of absences, that penalize other users of our service we are obligated to refuse due to our limited availability, we adopted an absence policy.
Any users will be considered as absent if:
● They are not present on the day of the consultation
● They are late in a manner resulting in the consultation cancellation
● They do not provide a 48-hour notice for the cancellation of the appointment
An absent user during a consultation will receive a suspension of the possibility of making a new appointment with our organism for 20 working days.
If you desire to justify your absence or late cancellation, it is possible to contact info@thelegalcollective.ca . One of our employees will decide if your absence motives justified the cancellation of your suspension.
