Lawyers and notaries
Your contribution is essential to our services. More than thirty lawyers and notaries devote their time to the clients of The Legal Collective.
Our volunteer lawyers and notaries who work in various fields of law are members of the Bar of Quebec or the Chamber of Notaries of Quebec and possess their own professional liability insurance. Their involvement can be on an ad hoc or regular basis and is discussed in detail with management.

Social workers
The involvement of social workers allows us to offer an interdisciplinary and humane approach. Your participation is complementary to our legal support and aims to offer global and coherent solutions to the various problems experienced by the people who require our services.

Here are the various ways to get involved as a volunteer social worker:
Law
students
The Legal Collective has long-standing partnerships with the law faculties of McGill University, the University of Montreal and the University of Ottawa. During the academic year, The Legal Collective hosts between eight and twelve law students through the Community Internship Program.
The Legal Collective follows the recruitment process of each university and conducts selection interviews in March for internships that take place throughout the next academic year.
