In compliance with the adoption of Québec Law 25 (An Act to Modernize Legislative Provisions as Regards the Protection of Personal Information – SQ 2021, c. 25), The Legal Collective has appointed Me Allen Mendelsohn, attorney, vice-president and treasurer of the organization, as the person responsible for the protection of personal information.

The Legal Collective undertakes to advise all individuals concerned of any confidentiality incidents which could cause them serious prejudice.
